You can book an appointment directly with us at any time. However, if you are planning to claim your custom orthotics through an extended health insurance plan, some insurance companies may require a referral note from a family physician or nurse practitioner before they reimburse you.  In Ontario, the total cost for custom-made foot orthotics typically ranges between $400 and $600 per pair. This total generally includes the extensive, specialized biomechanical assessment, the 3D gait mapping or casting, the physical manufacturing of the inserts, and the final custom fitting and dispensing appointment.
